Upgrade of the dive resort to a 2 star hotel. The hotel features 24 rooms which are being upgraded to have a more modern decor. A summary of works being done is as follows:
- Roof renovation
- Structural retrofitting
- Pool repair and upgrade.
- Upgrade of building services to conform to statutory requirements.
- Finishes and furnishings of each room.
