The building is a specialised designed with energy efficient systems such as LED lighting and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems. In addition it features fire suit drying storage equipment, diesel fuel storage and dispensers, standby power, reserve water storage and solar car park lighting.

– Due to soil instability, the buildings were constructed using post-tension foundation technology.
